Terms and reservation terms

The API described on this site is planned and not available. Features, models, prices and the launch date may change, and we may decide not to launch some of them.

• Reserving is free. It is not a purchase and we take no payment.
• A reservation does not oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige us to sell.
• The prices shown are planned prices. If they change, we will tell you before you pay anything.
• Early-bird discount: if you reserve before launch and are still on the list when the API launches, you get the discount that was shown with your plan when you reserved it. Your account page shows it.
• You can change your plan or leave the list at any time on your account page.

Dessa is a model by Block, Inc. This site is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Block, Inc. We use the name only to describe that model. Whether we can offer Dessa depends on Block's release and license. Other product names belong to their owners.

Use your own email address and keep access to it. We may close accounts used to abuse the site, for example to send sign-in codes to addresses that are not yours.

The site and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep the information about Dessa and other models accurate and sourced, but it may be out of date. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects your reservation, we will tell you by email.
