Who we are
This site is run by the operator of this site. You can reach us through the contact address on this page.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
- Your reservation: the plan you chose, which price table and terms you saw, whether you want news from us, and your optional answers about what you plan to build.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you followed, the page you landed on and the website that sent you.
- Usage: which pages you visit and which buttons you press, without your email. Before you sign in, we keep no analytics cookies or identifiers on your device.
Why we use it
- To keep your reservation and your early-bird discount.
- To email you when the API launches. You asked for this by reserving.
- To send news about Dessa and voice AI, only if you ticked the box for it.
- To understand which pages and channels bring people, so we can improve the site.
Who else processes it
Our hosting and email providers process your data on our behalf. Google handles Google sign-in. PostHog (EU servers) processes usage analytics. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and reservation until the API launches and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them. If you leave the waitlist, we keep a short record that you left, so we do not email you again.
Your choices
On your account page you can change your plan, turn news emails off and leave the waitlist. You can ask us through the contact address on this page for a copy of your data or to delete it, and we will answer within 30 days.
Storage on your device
When you sign in, we keep your session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We also remember the campaign link you arrived with for 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.
